With a cosy loft bedroom in the main house, a romantic wood burning stove, a guest cabin located on the property and an outdoor hot tub, full kitchen surrounded by vaulted redwoods. It has everything to make your forrest retreat perfect. It's close to downtown Guerneville and many beautiful local attractions, nature trails and renown vineyards. It also has a big comfy couch and great Entertainment Center for those rainy days!

Floating dock with canoe, kayaks and standup paddle board available in the summer season. This property has special compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement and ID verification. Surrounded by 4 acres and neighboring the Wildlands Conservancy, the property is calm, quiet, and a great place to take in the beauty of the Sonoma Coast.
