The location is at end of a farm track in quiet secluded hamlet - Burton Bandalls (on the B676, Loughborough Rd between Prestwold & Cotes). 5 min drive / 20 min walk to Prestwold Hall. 5 min drive to Loughborough Railway station. 10 min drive to Loughborough University. 10 min drive to Great Central Steam Railway. 25 mins to East Midlands airport, 30 mins to Leicester, 30 mins to Nottingham, 45 mins to NEC and 60 mins to Birmingham.

Small romantic hideaway in gated private location , close to Nottingham city centre but secluded hideaway if you so wish. Walking distance to pubs and restaurants the resident deer and pheasants may even put in an appearance perfect for nature lovers to kick back , relax - hot tub , Netflix, Sonos speakers, Philips Hue lighting and a log burner all make for a relaxing escape.

Beautiful cottage in village location

Located in a small village with beautiful countryside views, this spacious, 150 year old character cottage is self-contained with a garden to the front and a courtyard to the rear. It has two bedrooms, a newly refurbished bathroom, beamed living room and spacious kitchen diner. The cottage is 7 miles north of Melton Mowbray on the Notts / Leics border. Originally converted from a barn in the 1850s, it has been recently refurbished to a high standard but still retains many original features.

The Den self-contained annex.

The Den is a self- contained annex, which is very comfortable for 4 guests. It will provide everything you need for a short or long stay in Melton Mowbray. We provide tea, coffee, bread, milk etc. The property has a fitted kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. An open living space leads to two bedrooms with king size beds, & a bathroom with a walk in shower. There is parking for two cars on the drive and plenty of on street parking. Check in is from 3pm, & check out is by 10am.

There is a Jack and Jill bathroom with shower which can be locked off and you can request a second bathroom with bath upon booking. Private use of washing machine, dish washer and well equipped kitchen. Dog and child friendly lots of games and toys provided. Autism friendly.

Basic kitchen area with fridge/ kettle/ toaster. Trent Bridge Cricket Ground is a 20min walk or buses are only 200m away for access to Nottingham. Private access from the main house. Close to centre of village with excellent road/rail connections to other parts of UK. For one or two guests - couples, solo adventurers, business travellers. Simple help-yourself breakfast plus provisions included. New kitchenette. Storage on floor below if needed. Bicycles. Spiral staircase is narrow - dogs are welcome if can negotiate!

Enjoy a romantic retreat for two in our Quirky Lodge over looking goats and chickens in the paddock. This quiet location is in a lovely village on the edge of the Vale of Belvoir. Just a short walk to the historic village pub and restaurant and a short drive to Belvoir Castle and the Engine Yard for Artisan shopping. Relax in the hot tub and outdoor Kitchen BBQ area with glass in hand listening to the birds and watching the robins play. A truly relaxing break.

You will be comfortable in our house, full of character. Two upstairs bedrooms, with a king size bed & Freeview TV, plus one with single (further beds on discussion); bathroom upstairs and downstairs shower room. Downstairs sitting room with Wi-Fi TV, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge (no freezer), without a kitchen sink. Washing up service provided. This is all for your private use with your own front door, in effect a self contained unit.
