My apartment is in a beautiful 18th century building and it's recently been renovated with a lot of love and care. It's within walking distance to the beaches and really close to the main square and the Cathedral. My place is ideal for some privacy and a lovely romantic escape - it's really quiet at night. It's also very convenient for numerous art and culture venues, restaurants, cafes and bars. You'll love this place for its ambience, comfy beds, the neighbourhood, the outdoor space and light.

Studio is brand new, fully renovated and equipped with new and quality furniture. Special attention was paid to the comfort of the bed. We fell in love with Rovinj and decided to buy an apartment here in the old town. We just finished renovating it and are over the moon with the result. We are sure you will love your stay in our spacious old town apartment located right in the old town in proximity of everything. You will be happy to know the main parking area is just a 5 minutes walk from the apt. The fish and farmer's market are right in front while the main square is just 100m away. The location is just perfect.

Apartment AlPe Mar is located in the heart of the old town of Rovinj, inside the walking zone. The apartment has a terrace with a beautiful sea view where you can look at the beautiful old town of Rovinj. It was completely renovated in May 2020. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and living room, one double bedroom, a bathroom, a flat screen satellite TV and air conditioning.

The Apartment Carducci is situated in the very center of Rovinj. The accomodation consists of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned(cooling-heating). This winter(2018) we put double pane windows and balcony door to improove the insulation and reduce noise from the street.

It awaits you 10 minutes walk from the historic center of Rovinj. It consists of a large garden with private parking, kitchenette and living room, bathroom with shower on the ground floor and on the first floor 2 bedrooms and bathroom with tub and a big terrace with gazebo.In the garden you can use the grill.
