You will have a 5 minute walk to the beach, a 5 minute drive to Ballyconneely village and a 10 minute drive to the seaside village of Roundstone. The house has three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, as well as three living rooms, a dining room, and a fourth WC. It's also next door to the famous Connemara Sands Hotel and Spa.

No.3 Fuschia Lane is a modern townhouse in the centre of Roundstone village with its own car park. It is located on a small quiet lane just off the main street beside O'Dowds Seafood Bar & Restaurant. The house is a three storey townhouse with the Kitchen/sitting room on the ground floor, a large king size ensuite room on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor there is a double room and a twin room sharing a bathroom.
