downtown garage apartment is brand-new and ready for rent. It is a one bedroom one bath with an open floor plan kitchen and living room. It is 600 ft.² total and is all on the second floor above a three car garage. There is laundry in the unit and great mountain views

Our garage apartment is a stand alone newly built structure very close to downtown. It is very safe being on the second floor with only one way in. Beautiful mountain views from the bedroom. Open floorplan. High ceilings.
The bathroom has a tub shower with a tankless hot water heater.
The kitchen is open to the living room and has a full size fridge, a full size electric range and an island with two stools.
There is a desk in between the kitchen and bedroom.
The bedroom has two closets. One has two rows of hanging and a large shoe rack. The other has the washer and dryer, more hanging and some roll out shelves. The bedroom has a window on either side of the bed with great mountain views. All bedroom windows have black out blinds.
A central A/C system keeps the place cold in the summer.
There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room.
This listing is only for stays of 30 days or more.

You get the apartment and a space to park right out front. There is no yard available for the apartment. There is a hospital training center at one end of the street with lots of grass and paths to walk around. There is a school and tennis courts a block the other way.

Amazing location! Historic Baker is one of the hottest neighborhoods for its quaint streets of Victorian houses, restaurants and shops on broadway, and it's closeness to downtown. Walk score of 86, bike score of 96. The convention center, Pepsi center, mile high stadium, LoDo, Elitch Gardens, and the Denver Aquarium are one mile away.
The area is very safe with mainly families and young renters and owners around. Our alley is very short and does not see much drive or walk through traffic. Most people coming and going are there to go to yoga and Pilates studio across the street.
Our house is located 1 mile south of downtown and very accessible to all major attractions. Conveniently located close to all the Denver has to offer. Many restaurants bars and shops are located on Broadway within walking distance. Neighborhood parks also within walking distance. Many new breweries and brewpubs are walkable including Breckenridge brewery and independent ones such as Trve, Black Sky, Lowdown, and Renegade.
Chipotle, Starbucks, Pizzeria Locale, Einstein's Bagels, sandwich shops, BBQ, sushi, etc. are two blocks away. Yogurtland, Cosmo's Pizza, Japanese hibachi, Indian, tacos, and Moe's bagles are a block farther.
Punchbowl social is five blocks away with bowling, video games, ping-pong, pool, shuffle board as the hippest diner and bar around.
Trader Joes is a grocery store that is four blocks away.
Stranahans Colorado Whisky distillery and restaurant is a mile south offering amazing food and distillery tours.
Einstein's Bagles is a block away on the corner.
For breakfast, Moes Bagels, Dunkin Donuts and Sugar Bakery are a few blocks away.
The Mayan Theater is three blocks away and is Denver's premier independent movie theater in a historic 1920s building.
Fire Station 11 is three blocks away and is housed in a Denver Landmark building constructed 1936 in Art Deco style. Stop by with kids.
The Santa Fe arts district is five blocks west and has numerous galleries and working spaces, all of local artists.
Many top restaurants are located just a bike ride away.
