This two-block long patch of lush green grass, with several shaded benches, overlooks the sandy beach from the top of a 25 foot cliff. It is a favorite spot for observing the wide white-sand beach below and the endless numbers of surfers and sail-boarders displaying their skills at wave-riding, just off-shore. The park is also a much loved spot for picnickers and sunset watchers with the added convenience of restrooms and outdoor showers. A wide staircase assures easy access to the beach below.
The location is superb! Within 3-9 miles of SeaWorld, Old Town, the downtown GasLamp district, Little Italy, the famous San Diego Zoo and lovely Balboa Park with it`s myriad of interesting museums, Shelter Island and Point Loma State Park, the Embarcadero with it`s armada of floating museums, harbor tours and ferries to Coronado Island.
Not far away is LegoLand, the San Diego Wild Animal Park, the flower fields of Carlsbad, the wineries of Temecula, and the historic gold rush town of Julian. And, it`s only a day trip to Anza Borrego Desert State Park!

*Cleaning fee includes the standard cleaning fee (including tax) and a non-refundable minimum Damage Coverage of $49. If you would like to opt-out of the Damage Coverage, an additional security deposit of $2,500 will be required.
*The security deposit that Airbnb secures, does NOT cover any fines or fees issued by local authorities. Due to San Diego’s increased regulations and severe punishment on parties and noise, guests will be responsible for any fines NVR incurs as well as fines issued to the guests AND owners due to parties or noise. Fines may be up to $1,000 or more.
*$25 surcharge for cleaning during the Summer Season and stays 14 days and longer.

Excessive noise and parties of any size are forbidden in our units. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please refrain from loud outdoor noise or any activity that would interfere with the peace and quiet of the neighbors. We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or evict any guests that are in violation of the Good Neighbor Policy, with no refund.
Renters must be at least 25 years old and must not exceed the maximum occupancy limits for the property. If the property is managed by an HOA, Renters also agree to follow any and all HOA rules and regulations.
Smoking is NOT allowed inside the property or on the premises.
Upon confirming your booking, we will send you a rental agreement for your upcoming stay which you will need to complete. If you are unable to complete and submit a signed agreement within 24 hours, it will result in cancellation of your reservation. We will also contact you within 24 hours of the booking to obtain contact information and to address any questions or concerns you may have regarding your upcoming visit along with the House Rules & Rental Agreement.
