On the first level (one floor up from the sand), the living room-dining room combination has a fantastic view of the bay as does the recently remodeled California-style open kitchen with lots of counter space and storage. There is also one bedroom with twin beds and a desk and a recently remodeled bathroom with a shower. We have installed a full-size stacked front-loading washer/dryer just off the kitchen, for your convenience.
On the second level (two floors up from the sand) is a master bedroom with a magnificent view of the bay, a high open-beam wood ceiling, and a comfortable king-size bed. Very romantic. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has bunk beds with a double on the bottom and single on top. All of them have high open-beam ceilings.
The condo is fully furnished with high quality linens, a fully-equipped kitchen with an under the cabinet microwave oven, electric range and cook top, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, under cabinet lighting and everything you need for enjoying family dinners at home! There is a new 48" flat screen TV, DVD/CD player, cable, Internet with WiFi and a telephone (free local and nationwide calling). Stereo/CD player in the Master Bedroom, too. ASK if this unit has AC!
Parking is a single car port (will accommodate two small cars in tandem or one large SUV) with additional free overnight public parking- a 3 minute walk away at El Carmel Street.

Due to San Diego’s increased regulations and severe punishment on parties and noise, guests will be responsible for any fines NVR incurs as well as fines issued to the guests AND owners due to parties or noise. Fines may be up to $1,000 or more.
*$25 surcharge for cleaning during the Summer Season and stays 14 days and longer.

Excessive noise and parties of any size are forbidden in our units. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please refrain from loud outdoor noise or any activity that would interfere with the peace and quiet of the neighbors. We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or evict any guests that are in violation of the Good Neighbor Policy, with no refund.
Renters must be at least 25 years old and must not exceed the maximum occupancy limits for the property. If the property is managed by an HOA, Renters also agree to follow any and all HOA rules and regulations.
Smoking is NOT allowed inside the property or on the premises.
