Chester is a fantastic place to visit. There is always something going on. Recent events have included the Chester Literature Festival, Diwali celebrations and several classical music concerts at the Cathedral. There are lots of other venues offering live music. In addition there are all the unique shops and some great restaurants and pubs. We can provide a cot and high chair and the garden is secure and perfect for small children. The bungalow can comfortably accommodate a young family of 2 adults, a child and a baby, and we are only a short drive from Chester Zoo, which has recently undergone a multi million pound upgrade.
We ask that guests do not smoke in the bungalow, and come and go quietly, especially late at night, so as not to disturb the neighbours. Please leave the property as you would wish to find it.
I am a retired Finance Manager who now runs a holiday let with my partner Steve. We are quite involved with the music scene in Chester, especially folk, country and western and rock music and will be able let our guests know where to go for live music in the Chester area whether it be a classical concert at the cathedral or a rock night in a local pub. Other interests include reading, walking and eating out. We have recently completed the renovation on the bungalow and really enjoy welcoming our guests. So far we have met some very interesting people, some from as far away as Australia. Several of our guests have said they would like to come back again they enjoyed Chester so much and they felt that the bungalow was a " home from home ". We look forward to seeing them in the near future.
