Bonjour, Bula or Kia-ora
I am Sebastien and with my partner Raina we open our home to host guests that wish to travel, transit, study or work in Auckland or New Zealand.
We both love to travel and meet people from all walks of life.
We have been hosting since we moved into our home in August 2015.
We have met some incredible people that we call friends and wish to see them again.
I work full time and enjoy surfing on my days off with Raina.
Raina is a student pilot full time and flight attendant part time.
We both enjoy a range of activities from swimming, hiking, hot yoga, mountain biking and ofcourse traveling both within New Zealand and overseas.
We both could not live without a nice surf/swim beach and great coffee, cheese for myself being French :) We won't say no to a descent bottle of red wine either.
Recently we visited Hawaii and we fell in love with this beautiful Island and we can not wait to go back. Between Raina and myself we have travelled to over 80 countries and we can not stop. It is so addictive.
Raina loves to watch all the food shows on TV and I am a huge Paris Saint Germain supporter. You may hear me cheering them on blowing the roof off my lounge when they are playing!
We have four listings in our house on airbnb, so you may meet people from all around the world in our home.
We enjoy hosting guests that are independent so don't be surprised if we are not around upon your arrival.
We may be catching the sun and some waves somewhere in Auckland or much more exotic like Fiji ;-)
But rest assured we always communicate clearly with self check in instructions and detailed information on how to find our home and your rooms.
We are also able to communicate via airbnb messages almost instantaneously should there be anything needed by any of our guests.
If there is occasion we love to share a drink or a meal with our guests and if you are lucky with good weather and waves, we may even take you out for a surf trip to some of our favourite surf beaches around Auckland and then to our favourite local hotspots, restaurants, bars and gigs.
We look forward to meeting you and hosting you in our beautiful home.
See you very soon and have safe travels.
Merci, Bula vinaka, Kia-ora and Haire mai
Sebastien and Raina ❤️
