Dear Guests it was with surprise that I received your public comment about my accommodation! I am deeply sorry that your experience was not the best, but I was surprised to see that you were the first guests to point out so many questions about my accommodation, which I want to answer one by one!
Regarding the stove I was careful to inform that the larger mouth did not work, in fact it broke down in a few days before so it was not humanly possible to arrange in a timely manner and for that I apologize. Still the stove still had three more nozzles to run! On the kitchen I also had the opportunity to warn you that it was a bit hot, which has already been resolved once I have already installed a ventilation. The air conditioning is prepared to cool the room which is the largest area of the house and area where you stay longer. Unfortunately I have no possibility to install air conditioning in other areas of the house and I do not even consider it necessary, except for the kitchen the whole house is quite comfortable, and I must remember that we are in an area with a Mediterranean climate (hot and dry in summer)! The washing machine in fact is old but works perfectly, and surprisingly you were the first guests to complain about the machine! In fact I had the instruction manual of the machine there in the accommodation, but it was not available to customers simply because it was never needed, this is because all my guests were able to use it always without any problem! Yet I have taken action and made the instruction manual available to my new guests! But I remember that also in the case of the machine were given instructions on how it works! On the toilet paper was left a roll per toilet, which for a four night stay is quite acceptable! From the time they spent the two rolls the supply of new rolls is not my responsibility, in my ad it is not indicated that I would have to provide more rolls of toilet paper! This concept of accommodation is based on the use of a low-cost housing for the user with the basic hygiene conditions and some minimum consumables. With regard to beds it is normal practice to prepare them for the exact number of guests. From our point of view this seems to us elementary, that is, if four people are four beds that are prepared. This is so because when all the beds are prepared the guests tend to use all the beds which is more costly in washing the sheets, we have to take care of our environment and our planet, here we take the issue of sustainability very seriously! And remember we did not charge you for the extra sheets you requested! Regarding cockroaches it is important to highlight that they were not inside the accommodation, and the ones found on the stairs of the building were dead because a few days before a disinfestation was made by the authorities in the area! However in summer it is normal for cockroaches to appear in our cities, I regret that you have witnessed this and it is not necessary that you show the photo because I believe in you! Lastly and concerning the city of Olhão I regret that your initial research on the city had been very weak, because it was enough to search a little or have asked that I would have said that the city does not have direct access to the beach. I already gave this explanation to many of my guests who asked me if Olhão had a beach! In the conversations that we had never mentioned that I wanted to go to the beach, and I, unfortunately, can not guess! I find this last question deeply unjust since it implies that there has been some dishonesty on my part! Regarding the other issues, some have already been resolved and others have not had to be solved because they have already been resolved!
On a next occasion, consider the type of city or places you want to visit and recommend a deeper previous research! By now you can always opt for a Hotel or a Resort, which are more expensive but also have other conditions and have something else to offer!
