do you remember I organised airport pickup service for you, before you arrive?
it wasn't easy like that just calling to company because you guys didn't have Australian contact.
but I did my best to provide you convenience - even you forgot already.

also, you broke the appointment which we would try to resolve your complaints.
you didn't show up and didn't answer the phone neither; even you knew I was waiting at the guest house.
I'm very sorry about the size of the guest house; but we haven't ballyhooed it.
also, we always try to keep the house clean, you can see other guests reviews.
when you complained first day, you wanna leave my house because it's dirty; but now changed words as focusing the size of hours?

furthermore; i know you made an agreement with Airbnb receiving $50 values voucher regarding of your complaints, didn't you?
