You will be staying in a self-contained studio-style cottage, located in the English gardens of Cheltenham House B&B. The cottage is beautifully appointed, with a quality queen bed and ensuite with underfloor heating, shower, bathrobes, hairdryer and locally made toiletries. There is a TV, DVD player, and fridge in the cottage. No kitchen but everything you need to make tea and coffee, and the local restaurants are just 200m away. While our prices don’t include breakfast, you can choose from a breakfast menu that will keep you going all day, home-cooked using local New Zealand produce (optional extra). Linen and cleaning is included – no additional costs apply. Laundry service is available at a minimal cost. Never hesitate to ask for additional cutlery & crockery if you are dining in with a takeaway.

Our cottage is popular for its privacy in the gardens but support is always close to hand. We manage Cheltenham House B&B on-site so you will have ready access to assistance during your stay, for restaurant bookings, advice on local attractions, feedback on facilities and more. And check-in is easy – no need to set a definitive arrival time in advance because we will always be there to greet you.
We do ask that our guest respect our property and our other guests peace and privacy.
We are happy for you to smoke in our garden but do not allow smoking inside any buildings.
