Ideally located 5 min from route 66 (Westhampton Road) the house is 5.5 miles from Smith College and all of the shops, restaurants and cultural activities of Main Street, Northampton, and 3.5 miles from downtown Easthampton and the Eastworks building. Though close to services and amenities, our neighbors across the road, vegetable farmers, give the area a distinctly rural feel to it.
The apartment is a spacious studio/in law-suite addition on the other side of a 3 bedroom 1 bath main house (also available for rent on a separate airbnb.com listing). There is lots of natural light streaming in and artisan details throughout. Simply furnished there is a full/double size bed (that features 4 built-in drawers), a desk, table, two comfy chairs, night stands, an elliptical, roku internet tv with hundreds of channels and free movies as well as wireless internet.
The space features its own entrance (a door that locks on both sides separates the studio unit from the main house) which opens to a small foyer area with a bistro table and seating for two as well as a built in desk and bookshelf and a futon chair that converts to a twin size bed. The door from the foyer leads to a small (but fully stocked) kitchen/bath area. The two areas are separated by a curtain and are efficiency sized. The kitchen features a 4 burner electric stovetop/oven, a full size refrigerator and a sink that overlooks the backyard and wetlands. The bathroom has a stand up shower and commode.
Up the stairs from the foyer is the large fully furnished living space complete with 4 windows and a closet with hanging options on one side and shelving on the other.
There is a three night minimum required to rent this unit.

please make sure all necessary appliances, heat, lights, ceiling fans are turned off upon your departure.
please leave the house as you found it, wash any dishes used.
please leave all bed and bath linens used during your stay in the laundry bag in the laundry room.
please remove all perishable food items from the fridge upon your departure and do not leave any food behind anywhere in the house (unless in cans or glass).
please flush only tissue in the toilet, otherwise there is a chance of backup and flooding and loss of security deposit as well additional damage charges.
please recycle all unsoiled paper products (in the bin labeled paper) as well as plastic, glass and aluminum (in the bin labeled containers) and household trash **with lid secured on top** (in bin labeled trash)
