Our cottage is a beautiful Arts and Crafts style home located on the Allegheny River, just north of Foxburg, PA. The kitchen and bath are newly redone and the rest of the house refinished keeping in mind the period of construction.

Stedet
The cottage has lovely hardwood floors, living room, dining room & kitchen plus an enclosed sun porch. The bath and two bedrooms are on a step up level. The third bedroom "kids room" is on on the second floor and only accessible via an outdoor stairway.

Gjestetilgang
Guests may enjoy the entire property during their visit.

Also be aware that during the winter months the driveway is not maintained and therefore the cottage has limited access. In the event of a significant snowfall, other arrangements must be made. Further, inadequate heat and the outdoor stairway make use of the upstairs bedroom inadvisable during subfreezing temperatures. The alternative is the queen sofa bed in the living room for an additional sleeping area.
