sorry we don't book more than 3 months out unless it is 3 days or more, if more than 6 months 4 days or more. If you have issues with stairs there is a walkway leading to this urban hideaway.
small cleaning fee, however we expect you to respect the space, by putting it back pretty much like you found it by taking out the trash, etc, and we appreciate any effort toward recycling, either separating recyclables for us, or putting them in the large blue recycling can, near the street. These are non-smoking units, so please do any smoking in the outside areas, dispose of your butts, and please do not leave candles lit and unattended, outside, and absolutely no candles or other flammables inside. Please respect us, and our other guests by keeping noise, music, etc. to a reasonable level, and a reasonable time limit. Please turn off lights, when not in use, and turn thermostats up or down as appropriate for the season, and adjust the setting if you are going to be gone for the day. We try to be mindful of our energy usage, and especially responsible for our water usage, as Atlanta is challenged in it's water resources. If you are a smoker please keep it to a minimum and only on the porch
Hello! Thanks for considering our space in your travel plans! My wife and I are artists, who own a small furniture store, where we feature hand painted furniture and lovingly restored vintage items. We like to travel, ourselves, and used AirBnB exclusively, on a long trip in Italy last year, and loved it! It's a great way to meet people, and get the skinny on what it's really like to live in a certain place, and find out the inside scoop on where to go, and what to do. We are big walkers, and urban explorers, so glad to help you with suggestions and tips, if you want them.
Welcome to Atlanta!
