BEDROOM
The retreat has one air conditioned private bedroom with soft cotton sheets and custom-made duvets on comfortable mattresses that offer a perfect night’s sleep. This primary bedroom has a King-size bed and large window. This room has a soft, warm color palette and a few colorful accents that add personality and fun to the room. You’ll appreciate the locally inspired artwork, beautifully tiled floor, high-end linens, and breathtaking views.

BATHROOMS ☆☆
Your ensuite is equipped with a rain shower. Plenty of plush hotel-quality towels, bath products, and a hairdryer are provided. If you need to do your laundry, there's a washer and dryer in the villa for your use, including washing pods and fabric sheets.

A half bathroom next to the living room offers some flexibility to your arrangements.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE
This is a great vacation rental for foodies since it is so close to many local restaurants. However, when you are in the mood to stay in, the fully-equipped kitchen gives you everything you need to cook as you do at home. It features stainless steel appliances, sleek wrap-around countertops, custom cabinetry, and a spacious center island.

The center island doubles as a dining area with bistro-style seating, creating a comfortable and casual place to enjoy a snack with a view of the private outdoor terrace.

The open concept living area slows effortlessly from the gourmet kitchen. The downstairs lounge area is complete with a single sofa, elegant coffee table, and a local crafted armchairs. There is a large flat-screen TV to binge-watch your favorite Netflix, although, the peaceful and tranquil views of the patio from the living room will constantly compete for your attention. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors offer unobstructed views of the outdoor entertainment space and allow plenty of light to fill the living room. The back wall was painted by a local artist and a peaceful place for meditation.

OUTSIDE SPACE
The sliding door open up to rock garden right outside of the living room is a peaceful and private place to relax after a busy day exploring the area. Enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at the end of a busy day.

The rooftop terrace is also a wonderful place to sit in the mornings or under the stars. Laze about on the any of the wicker chairs with soft cushions.

Not only do you have access to this private backyard area, but you also have access to the two semi-private swimming pools, sun deck, and shaded picnic area.

Love the art of travel. So many places to see, people to meet, cultures & foods to discover. Love connecting with people, exchanging stories and traveling tips. I'm a neat freak so expected it when I host and when I travel.

When I’m in my city of beautiful Montreal, you’ll catch me skiing, going a Montreal Canadians game at the Bell center, cheering on the Montreal Impact at Saputo Stadium. I still love going to the Bio Dome and Planetarium for my inner child at heart.

I love walking around Old Montreal (Old Port) and discovering little shops, boutiques and art galleries. The architecture in the Notre-Dame Basilica is amazing. My favourite view of Montreal is up at the Chalet Mont-Royal where you see the heart of the city with amazing views of the St-Lawrence River and the Olympic Stadium (Big O). It's worth it to go once during the day and once at night for the city lights.

I love walking the farmer markets (Atwater Market & Jean Talon Market) and picking up fresh local organic produce (especially Canadian maple syrup and field berries in the summer).

Montreal summer is filled with great activities and festivals (Piknic Electronik, Grand Prix F1 racing, Just for Laughs, International Jazz Festival, Osheaga, International Fireworks, Pride Canada, Fashion & Design Festival, Festival YUL Eat).

In the winter, Montrealers keep warm and active with Igloofest, Fete des Neiges, Montreal en Lumière and indoor activities like the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, Montreal Contemporary Museum of Arts (MAC) and Pointe-à-Callière Museum.

After traveling to many different cities and countries, Montreal nightlife is on the world stage. So many clubs, bars, pubs, events and live music to experience around the city.

Montreal is a foodie's haven. Montreal has the highest number of restaurants per Capita in Canada and the second in North America after New York. Mixed in with its multiculturalism, foodie's will have their souls and their Instragram's filled! Joe Beef, Liverpool House, Jatoba, Garde Manger, Le Bremner, Nora Gray, Le Filet, Primo & Secondo, Café Ferrara, Damas, Provisions, Au Pied de Cochon, Toqué, Foxy, Tuck Shop, Park. Ok, ok, ok, I could go on here, the food is that good and where all us Montrealer's go.
