I rent 2 bedrooms in my appartment, wich has 3 rooms ( one with double bed the other with a single one), a studio, a bathroom, a kitchen and a great terrace.
I live in the appartment so I own one of the 3 rooms. A big gran danes who is very quiet and nice also lives with me.
It's a beautiful place sited near the beach and near the historic center (nearly 15/20 minutes if you go by bus, a few less on bike)
the appartment in very quiet, fresh and light, the neigbouhood is very funny: there are lot of parks, pubs, restaurants, metro, bus, bikes...near.
The beach and the city center are very near, you can reach them in 15 and 25 min.
I'm sure you'll enjoy the place.
