We are renting a single room on the ground floor (in total on the ground floor there are 3 single rooms) you will share the common areas: bathroom, kitchen, living room and laundry area(all of them are also on the ground floor). The owners are living in the same house but on the first floor, they do not use the ground floor. Only the ground floor is rented. With all amenities nearby (supermarkets,pharmacy,health center, bus stop with connection to the center of Murcia).
