Located at the end of a quiet Pinehurst lane, this newly constructed guest retreat is a comfortable and charming place to relax after a day of enjoying all that Pinehurst has to offer. Whether you are here for golfing, shopping, eating (or all 3) you will feel refreshed waking up on the new king mattress, looking out over the Longleaf pines while enjoying a morning cup of coffee.

Within walking distance to Midland Country Club or just a short drive to the many other courses here in the Sandhills! This property is a guest suite added onto a family home, but removed to provide privacy and quiet. Multiple sitting areas and game room! This space is an additional guest space that was added onto our garage. For guest privacy, you will enter through a doorway on the side of our garage, walk through our neat and tidy three car garage and enter to a stairway that will take you up to the guest suite. This space is attached to our home but a door with key will ensure that you feel safe and secure in your privacy.
