The apartment has a big bedroom with queen size bed and a second french bed, suitable for a couple or for 2 children, on a loft. A very spacious sitting and dining room where you can relaxed and have your lunch or dinner.The american kitchen is fully furnished.
Inthe morning, especially during the fresh months, you can have breakfast on the terrace cause the sun in aix is very warm even in winter time!!!
You will be at a walking distance from everything in town.
I ask my guests to not smoke inside the apartment, but they are allowed to do on the terrace.

Upon check-in is required to pay the tax that tourists have to pay to Aix-en-Provence administration: 0,80 euros per person per night.
I organise a meeting directly in the apartment when my guests tell me they arrive in town. I ask not to smoke and live in the apartment as my guests live in their....Rubbish has to be put downstairs near the front door every evenings...
