This is Ros. Thank you very much for the feedback.
I am sorry that you feel that the location was not as central as you had hoped. The flat is located adjacent to a station in Zone 2, and is a 6 minute journey by train to London Bridge which is pretty central, but perhaps as you say you would need Zone 1 next time - which will as you suggest be much more expensive than this competitively-priced Zone 2 studio of course - as much as 3x the price for a similar size of course.
I'm glad you found the accommodation quiet and tucked away - it's pretty unusual for such a central location. Great to hear you enjoyed the balcony - it's really rare to get a nice balcony in London as you pointed out, especially one overlooking a quiet and secluded garden.
I am very sorry to hear that there was a problem with one of the sheets. I use a professional cleaning company and the linen provided as a part of their service is expected to be of the very highest quality at all times. I take this very seriously and have followed up carefully and thoroughly; I hope you appreciate the cleaning fee refund sent to you through the Airbnb resolution centre to make up for this error.
I am not easily or constantly available as a host as I work long hours in a very busy profession. To ensure that my guests are always catered for and well looked-after when I am so busy, I have my support team in place to make sure guests are able to get contact and support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The team's stats on response times are impressive so this is a very reliable plan I hope, the downside being that it may at times feel a little less personal for which I apologise. We are reviewing the key collection instructions in the light of your comments.
I am glad that you had a good stay overall in spite of the small issues you mention. I would be happy to accommodate you again in the future.
