Dear Guest, Let me answer your issues respectively. The problem about hot water was conveyed to us by your side and we took instant care. The problem is about the municipality. Since there is so much demand at high season in Didim, sometimes municipality can cut off water. The apartment you stayed was at the 5th floor and pumping the hot water via 2 tons of water tank was not very sufficient "only" towards evenings as so many people coming back from beach and having shower. Now we increased the tank to 5 tons and problem is solved. Cleaning is a relative concept. At the very first day, we were told that sink and bathtub was limy. Water around this region is a bit limy. That is the reason why bathroom seems that way. As soon as you told the problem, bathroom was cleaned asap. Additionally, we bought a steam engine to soften the lime and clean it. So that problem was solved at the first day. I don't think dirt and hair is in question. Otherwise, you would let us know during your 11 nights stay, since you tell about yourself as a meticulous person. I don’t know whether you were expecting housekeeping every day. But we don’t do that as hotels do. You were given a card of our staff for any possible technical problems on first day so you can contact any time. But we were never informed about Ac problem by you during your stay. And suprisingly, AC works perfectly. Regarding the elevator, you can see the information in the house rules section "there are stairs to climb up" which you probably overlooked. Requesting refund via Airbnb officials after a full stay was not a classy move, as we would be eager to refund if the guest would want to evacuate at mid-stay with their so-called complaints.
