Let's make everything clear: at your arrival, the guest manager contacted you several times by the number that you provided, but no answer from your part as you were using "airline mode" regarding your information. The person waited for you about 40 minutes outside under the rain as he didn't have the right to enter the apartment without you. You should have informed him at the airport (there is a free wifi) about your arrival.
And also the apartment, specially the jacuzzi were perfectly cleaned for your stay, but simply it was not big enough for your number of people and that was probably the reason of your departure.
