The case has NOT been closed.,Far from it, I have been asked to show the stained rugs all three ( not just a couple of accidents) and the stain on the fitted carpet and the cleaning costs. Maybe if this guest had responded to my initial message which was certainly not insulting but mentioned how disappointed I felt , this could have been sorted. The lack of any remorse or communication was antagonising. I walked onto the carpets with bare feet and was aware of the many damp puddles. No way could this be left for the next guests and so all rugs had to be dumped.
