We have several units in this building. All of the units have been professionally designed by professional Interior Design Group with hand-painted furniture by local artists.

This large two bedroom plus den condo FEATURES:
>Bedroom 1 : Plush queen size bed and comfortable new gel mattress (2018)
>Bedroom 2: Two full / double size beds with new mattresses (2018)
>Bedroom 3 is a small den with new twin daybed and twin trundle. (2018) This is a den with a wall divider panel (move able) . Please note there’s no door but it is it’s own individual space separate from the common living space.
>Living room /Dining area with kitchen island and walls of windows to let in a lot of light.
>Open concept living space with Sofa day bed with new twin mattress (2018)
>Unit may have balcony. No smoking allowed on balcony if one is present.
>LED HDTV with basic cable TV
>Wood flooring with cozy area rugs
>Full kitchen with full size stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker with pods to get your morning started right. We also have tea if java isn't your thing. Equipped with cookware, dinnerware, silverware , glassware and cooking utensils for up to 12 guests. Kitchen has basic items such as salt, pepper, sugar, and oil. Feel free to help yourselves to the pantry and refrigerated items if any are present. Guests are welcome to leave unopened items for next guests.
>Two Full bathrooms with marble counter top sinks, and shower or tub
>High security building requiring electronic access.
>For your convenience, we include freshly laundered linens already made for you on beds, extra blankets, towels (1 bath, 1 hand/wash towel per guest), hair dryer, iron & board, shampoo, body wash, lotion, soaps.
>Each guest will have one bath towel and one washcloth/hand towel.
>Washer and dryer in unit. Please bring your own detergent.
>Get work done with the Super fast Verizon WiFi with FIOS.

*Additional twin air mattress or twin cot with linens and bedding will be available in the unit.

Private underground garage parking is available for an additional $25/night for the first vehicle and $30/night for each additional vehicles. Limit of 2 vehicles. Based on availability. Please reserve in advance.

Pack n Play with available for rent: $20 for the stay. Please reserve in advance.

*Please ensure that there are no jumping, running or loud noises so not to disturb neighbors below. Kindly be mindful of young children.
*Quiet hours of 9:00PM - 8:00AM is strictly enforced. Subject to removal if in violation of building rules.
*Pool use requires pool passes limited to four guests per unit. Maximum of 4 guests in pool. No limit on rooftop area. No glass on rooftop permitted.
*Non smoking building. Strictly enforced. No smoking in apartment, including but not limited to balcony, parking garage, etc.
