This space is an upstairs bedroom and half bath with a private entrance. The "other half" of the bath is a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water, with all amenities provided. Bring flip flops! The view from the bedroom and private deck is of a small farm, fields and woodland. I am 18 miles from VIR if you are a race fan. I am happy to open my kitchen and laundry facilities with some planning. I also have an RV hookup, extra parking, cars, trucks, etc. An inside bath is available.

I am a sassy 77-year-old who loves to meet new people and show off my community. I love the outdoors, gardening, farming, music and talking, who lives appoximate 15 miles from VIR and 3 miles from Keeling Race Dirt Tract. I can accommodate 3 or 4 people same party for an additional $30.00 as i have another bedroom beside the first bedroom. I will rent this only with the same parties, no strangers next to each other.
