This is the ONLY private vacation home that fronts any of Merida's beautiful historical parks & churches! The main home allows guest the ultimate privacy by placing the master suite upstairs. The master is furnished with a king size bed and has it's own bathroom. Additional guest also have their privacy by enjoying the casita which is positioned at the rear of the property. The casita is furnished with double beds and has it's own private bathroom.

Merida is a truly magical city and the historical downtown is amazing! Casa Escalera al Cielo is right in the middle of it all so you can walk wherever you'd like to go! La Ermita is a quaint area of El Centro with beautiful cobblestone streets and underground utilities. Directly across the street from the home is Parque de La Ermita as well as the historic church from the 1600's - La Ermita de Santa Isabel. Just a short walk 7 blocks north you'll find yourself in the heart of the city at the Plaza Grande which is surrounded by numerous cultural centers, museums, & the governors palace.

The home is professionally managed by a property management company. Someone will meet you at the home to greet you, give you the keys and answer any questions you might have about the property.

Please note that the home will be supplied with basic items like toilet paper, soap, shampoo & such to get your vacation started - but it is the guest responsibility to make sure they purchase these additional items as needed. Towels are provided but it is the guest responsibility to wash them (washing machine provided) as often as they would like their towels cleaned. The home is professionally cleaned regularly once a week - but it is NOT the property managements job to provide guest with additional towels, toilet paper, drinking water, etc. throughout the duration of the guest stay.
