I'm sorry that you did not welcome our decesion of chuking you out of the apartment after 1 day, and I understand your comment rather bitter.
However you know it:
1- I spent the whole morning trying to reach you without success, because the number you communicated to us was out of service and I did not have your 2nd number until airbnb (which had as much difficulties as me to join you) intervene.
2- I then spent more than 2 hours (non-consecutive certainly) with you on the phone, trying to find a solution to the sitaution that for this residence, was at a point of no return alas.
3- I called airbnb 6 times at least fo them to help me relocate you, all my other apartments being rented.
4- I have waited until you are finally reachable, then until you finish the work at 19:30, to meet you and make sure that things will be done in calm
5- When you arrived (the day of the check in,) I reminded you of the type of residence in which you wished to stay: bourgoies and therefore more quiet, that is to say intended for professional travelers and or in search of tranquility.
6- I told you about the case of the previous tenant who had also caused nuisance and pushed the neighbors to leave him a word under the door, (word that I showed you by adding that it would be a pity that you pay for him because the neighbors would probably not accept a 2nd time noise late at night.)
7- You say you had a diner on the terrace until 9:30 pm laughing loudly maybe (did you admit), but the neighbor who complained in particular told us that it was more than 9:30. Either, I think in Paris as in the bourgoiese suburbs in England (that you know better than me,) 21:30 hour is not an hour when we speak and laughs loudly on the balcony of a multistorey residence where, the balconys may be located just above / below the other's room etc ...
8- All these rules of common life are well specified in the announcement; and I insist on the fact that our aim is not just to rent because we need to rent, but we are also willing to advise, to redirect applicants to other apartments / neighborhoods / residences that may correspond better to what once is looking for.
9- In this residence we have a neighbor in particular who complains wrongly and throughly everytime, and we should have beleive you and would not be caught there, if she was the one who contacted us to complain.
On the contrary, the person who did it is the neighbor above, who is considered by all to be the most open minded and tolerant of the residence. He shouted at you from his balcony (so above) to make less noise and you did not react / hear?
So he had to go down to RING at your door, and it is regarding your silence that he resolved to call us to report the problems and ask us to do something.
10- I manage apartments on airbnb for almost 4 years (I have 30 ads now), and I never allow myself to travelers out if the motive is not serious. And even if it happens, I always propose a backup solution.
I then leave the other travelers to make their own opinion.
I hope you were able to finish your stay correctly despite everything in Paris,
