A luxury property that sits just under the Berry Mountain looking out to the coastline.

The house overlooks the amazing pool which is nestled in amongst the trees and looks out to the view. In fact, every room has a view out to the coastline or country side. King beds in each room are fitted with the finest linen and accessories for a luxurious stay. Specials offered - 3rd night half price or 4th night free (not in school holidays)

Living areas include the Library, rumpus room and lounge room. All are fitted with TVs, movies, music and comfy lounges. The huge kitchen will impress the cooking enthusiasts. Fitted with dual ovens, dual refrigerators and extensive cooking appliances, you'll be able to cook up a storm or call in the caterers for a special dinner in. Outdoor undercover areas also offer a BBQ, lounges and seating to take in the views or dine al fresco. There's also a fire pit and seating to make winter nights fun - why not toast some marshmallows whilst gazing at the stars.

The property is PET FRIENDLY but not fully fenced to keep pets in (rural fencing only).

The property is less than a ten minute drive to Berry and is very close to many award winning wineries and restaurants. It is a perfect country escape whether you are visiting for a wedding, event or want to get away from it all!

NO WEDDINGS OR PARTIES - We don't allow the premisses to be used for functions (weddings, parties, etc) other than in house catering for guests.

Third night special - half price (not during Christmas holidays) please ask if interested.
