Dear Angie, we are very sorry you found the Key Café system difficult to use, most people find it very convenient.
About the fire we sent you a message warning you about it so that you could cancel the booking if this was an issue for you.
Anne has been away for some time and we had no idea there were some issues with the elevator, we am very sorry about that.
There were some other travellers before you who left their dirty dishes and the tablecloth in the washing machine, unfortunatly the professional cleaning team that came before you arrival failed to take care of it.
Concerning the shower drain and the issues with the Wifi/TV, unfortunatly these things happen and as soon as you mentionned it we sent a maintenance man to fix it.
As for the noise coming down from the street, the flat is in a dynamic and lively part of the city which does come with a little noise however we never had any guest complain about that before as we have double-glazed windows.
The ad does not mention that there was air conditonning in the flat as it is something not common at all in Paris, and yes, it has been a warm in the city for the last few week but unfortunatly this is not something we can control. We have added fans that travelers can use to try to cool down the appartement’s temperature for the summer.
Again we would like to apologize that your stay in paris did not meet your expectations. We wish you the best for the futur.
