This luxury, cosy and very beautiful property has a very unique location. Situated just in the heart of the city center with a view on historical Kremlin, it still remains as a very quite, green and private area. Villa, with its beautiful and full of flowers and plants garden, has garage, BBQ area, sauna, swimming pool, spacious living room with high ceiling and stone-made fire place, kitchen with dining room, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and post sauna relaxing zone. 8 mins by walk to metro station.

Stedet
Villa is 300 sqm, has 3 floors, all the bedrooms located on the upper floor. Each room has king size bed. Kitchen is fully equipped (unique tea sets and Nespresso). House has a lot of flowers. Fruits and berries are growing in the garden (definitely will be served for the guests, according to the season).

Plenty of restaurants on the shores of the river, Kyrlay Amusement Park and Kazan Family Center can be reached by 10-15 minutes by walk.
