I have read your review with sadness and distress. I take any comments made about my
home very seriously, as the comfort of all guests is of utmost importance.
Your comments, however, are completely contrary to other reviews and the warm, glowing
messages of thanks I have personally received from guests, often with young families,
who have stayed in my welcoming and comfortable home in central London.
I have followed up on all your points with the management company, who I understand
immediately followed up on all your communications and requests. As you point out, the
Summer weather was hot in London and, to support you, I made a suggestion, via the
management company, for my son to water my much admired flowers and pots at the front
of the property. This you did not want and was the end of the matter. I, more than anyone,
understand confidentiality and privacy.
My home, enjoyed by many, including my array of grandchildren, is safe, all is in working
order, is not run down, has recently been re-decorated and appears as it is in the photos.
I will continue to take on board all comments, suggestions and observations made about
my home, from guests and family, so it may continue to be enjoyed by many.
Kind regards, Isobel
