Adobe Mountain View is the ultimate mountain escape. This spacious four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home accommodates 10 guests quite easily and has indoor living spaces and outdoor decks on each of its three floors, providing maximum relaxation with a variety of entertainment options.
The great room on the main floor is everything you’d expect from a New Mexico mountain retreat, dominated by two-story picture windows overlooking a grand view of the Sierra Blanca range and an impressive wood-burning fireplace made of stone. An eclectic mix of leather, upholstery, wood and painted furnishings were selected with comfort and luxury in mind. Signature touches in the kitchen include rustic alder cabinetry, granite countertops with a custom stone back splash, and stainless steel appliances. The sitting room upstairs and lounge/coffee bar downstairs serve as alternative gathering spaces.
The four king bedroom-bathroom suites were designed for privacy and serenity, with the master on the main floor, one suite upstairs, and two suites downstairs separated by a lounge with a daybed. Each of the guest suites features unique custom bath cabinetry and tile work, hand-crafted headboards, plush linens, and outdoor decks. A spa shower in the master and jet tub upstairs provide additional touches of luxury.
Covered and open decks totaling over 1,300 square feet of outdoor space offer fantastic mountain and valley views from all angles. Even the grill has a view! But if being surrounded by whispering pines and daily visits by deer, hummingbirds, wild turkeys, and occasionally even bear becomes boring, there are six TV's — including 55-inch and 50-inch HD widescreen LCD's — with cable and surround sound, two DVD players, and high-speed Internet access. A large outdoor hot tub on the lower level completes this dream vacation package.
The driveway and carport are levels with the main floor, providing easy access any time of year. Although the location provides a truly natural setting, you are only minutes away from the ski slopes, various golf courses, the shopping and restaurants of downtown Ruidoso, casinos, and the Ruidoso Downs Race Track.
Smoking is prohibited at this property. Also, please remember that Ruidoso is a mountain town with snow and icy conditions during the winter. This can affect driving and parking conditions regardless of the property, driveway, or roads. We strongly recommend four-wheel drive and/or chains during the winter months.
