We are very sorry that our house has not meet your expectations. We really care about the satisfaction of our guests and try to do everything to ensure their comfort. Unfortunately, we are also parents of a small 9-month-old child who is very absorbing,so preparing the apartment for your stay was a really difficult task for us. Perhaps due to this, we, unintentionally, forgot to check the cleanliness in all places, for which we apologize. However, we feel disappointed that during showing apartment or later you did not contact us directly to clarify these issues and allow us to intervene. We are not an institution like a hotel,we share with your our own house, so we want to treat our guests as household members and in our opinion, at home the way you solve the problem is direct communication instead of unnecessarily hide the resentment.
