I'm a student using my mom's account to write review. We two people live here for about a month, and it is a very nice experience.
First of all, David is a friendly person. We enjoy the communications with him a lot.
Secondly, the room provided is pretty capacious and clean. There is a soft King size bed, a single restroom and a closet. If necessary, David can provide heat machine, some extra hangers and other equipments. Conclusively, residents don't need to worry about equipments and will have their own comfortable space.
The kitchen here is awesome. Because fire is an essential factor for cooking in Chinese culture, it is convenient for us to use the gas cooker on the stove. Also, if anyone wants to cook any soup or make some steaming dishes, there are various kinds of containers to choose. There is a lightening machine and a vent fan. My mom and I always cook some Chinese food here and share with David. We are very glad that he is willing to taste it. Residents just need to remember to clean everything they use after all.
The last but not least, it is a beautiful house when people come inside, and fortunately we follow the piece of advice to take camera, because the neighborhood has a lot of gorgeous scenes to have some photographs. There are many restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Always a good place to stay in for second chance.
