Three dispensaries, great restaurants, Sloan’s Lake, shopping - all within walking distance. Both condos are 420 friendly, however, please be respectful of the neighbors and familiarize yourself with the laws regarding marijuana consumption prior to visiting Colorado. If you are noise sensitive, traveling with pets or children, this is not the best fit for you. Wish to go experience Downtown nightlife or head to Red Rocks for an epic show? Download the Lyft or Uber app. Lyft is the lesser expensive, but not as luxurious option :)

Absolutely no cigarettes indoors; 420 friendly only. Please be respectful of neighbors as this is a suburban neighborhood. If you are a light sleeper, this home is not for you as it’s a condo style duplex. There is an adjoining unit immediately below. There is parking out front on the street, as well as a long driveway that both units share.
Chromecast is hooked up to the tv. Lockbox is on the back door, up the stairs. Code is 8404. At check out, please place all used linens in the laundry hamper and remove all your trash from the home and place in the proper receptacles outside.
