In connection to my two visits, I tried to contact you in advance and coordinate my arrival, as I always do with my guests before coming. However, you were not available at the phone. And, believe me, I didn’t come for my own sake but to serve you, my guests. In particular, the clear piece of tape that I put on one knob on the stove was in order to fasten the part of the knob with the oven indications (like heat up – heat down – grill – fan etc.), which had become loose, making it impossible to know what has been selected. The other small reparation (with a piece of cardboard) was in order to make the portable electrical heater work also when placed on the carpet. Both interventions were done to improve the conditions of your stay, so I am sad to hear that they were misunderstood. Furthermore, you forgot to mention that in one of these two visits I also provided you with 3 brand new cooking pots, which I bought especially for you after your request.
Concerning the need for a second key, you definitely have a point. That being said, bear in mind that it is a common practice in Athens to keep the main entrance to the building locked during the night, and that Airbnb suggest hosts to provide only one key. Anyway, I will take your suggestion seriously into consideration. Thank you.
