We are very sorry that you felt the photos did not adequately represent the flat. Yet, we would like to point out some thoughts, about your experience with some of the broken fixtures. We've taken measures to correct these issues. We have already replaced the doorknob with a new one and we are replacing some of the fixtures thanks to your feedback.
The point that this apartment is not lived by anyone, it is because many of our guests prefer to stay in an apartment that is free of the owner's possessions so that they may make themselves feel at home for their stay instead of working around someone else's belongings. We would like to point out that we do not promise to provide coffee, tea, salt, pepper, etc. These are all items which we do not typically provide as everyone has different tastes and expectations regarding these items, and in the past, guests have not been pleased to find half-used salt containers and other items in the flat, so we feel it is better to leave them out. There is, of course, a grocery store very close by where you can purchase all of these items to your liking. We are looking into different suppliers who could give us mini, travel-sized versions of all of those staples so that in the future we can give each new guest a small supply to have on hand.
Lastly, we are glad to hear that you enjoy its location and you have a good time around neighborhoods.
