Near the airport. Good for a temporary stay while we update this home. It is mostly unfurnished home, with a dining table and 2 chairs, a single bed, and appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, coffee maker). Updated bathroom. No wifi. Situated on a bluff, looking over fifty feet of Grand River frontage. Fish by the willow tree, or canoe down to Old Town. Near urban treasures like the Golden Harvest, yet with a large and private backyard. A simple but lovely home in the capital city.
Enjoy coffee in the sunroom or head down the private hillside to Grand River frontage. The lower yard with 50' of Grand River frontage edge to canoe, kayak or fish under the willow tree. Note that the hillside is somewhat steep and is hard to access for some. Avoid if you have knee or hip issues, improper shoes, etc.
This home is great for sleep, reading, fishing, canoeing, or extremely simple and spartan traveling. Five minutes to great restaurants.
Shady oak 1950s midcentury modern ranch, full of light, with Grand River frontage. Accessible to the heart of Lansing yet situated at the entrance of a stately neighborhood. Five minutes from the Capitol or LCC and 10 minutes from East Lansing or MSU. Bathroom recently remodeled.
This midcentury modern home is perfect for those with a design aesthetic or those who like bird watching or fishing. Situated on a bluff, looking over fifty feet of Grand River frontage. Fish by the willow tree, or canoe and kayak down to old Town.
This home is part of a beautiful and stately neighborhood that is walkable and peaceful. Also near urban treasures like the Golden Harvest and Old Town. While the home is near a busier road, it's still quiet with good, solid neighbors with an amazingly private and peaceful backyard. All are welcome!

Keep in mind this is a very spartan home at the moment. It's charming and in a great location, but there is no central A/C. There are fans and a window air conditioner. No TV, no WiFi. There is a working refrigerator, gas stove, and water. No shower, but there is a bath and toilet. Beds and sofa bed will be available in September.
