Instead, put 33 Forest Valley Rd, Sylva, NC into your GPS. This will get you to the first home in the Parkway Forest Community off US 64/74 about halfway between the towns of Sylva and Waynesville. Continue up the paved road 0.5 miles and Eagles Nest cabin will be on your left. There is only one other paved road in the subdivision which turns left about half way up; STAY STRAIGHT. Make note of the last 2 photos in the listing that show the silhouette rendering of the pine tree and eagle. This is lit up at night to use as your identifier.
The homes aren't that close together and you should recognize it from the pictures, but if you get to the last house on the paved road, you have gone too far. Eagles Nest is the 2nd house from the top in the community.
- Please park in the driveway.
- You are welcome to use the deck, hot tub, and fire pit. But this is a quiet neighborhood and we ask that you refrain from playing music outdoors and please keep noise to a minimum.
