Tilbakemelding fra Robin:
Luana is right, the West Coast/Holetown area is not quite the heavy party scene that the south coast, especially ‘The Gap’, is known for. It’s a bit quieter and more upscale. However, there are quite a few bars with music within walking distances (Beach House, Zacchios, Surfside, Lime Bar, Red Door, Elbow Room, Dukes, The Mews). Several of these are nearby in 2nd Street, Holetown, which can be quite lively most evenings, and is popular for partying, especially on the weekend.
There is also an abundance of restaurants very close by: Pepenero, Spago, Jules (Italian), Fusion, Nishi, Lemon Grass, (Asian), Just Grillin, Zacchios, Seacat, Beach House (local), Asian Spice, Sitar (Indian), Tides, The Mews (finer dining), Relish, Patisserie Flindt, Café Moya, Pastry Box (cafés), not to mention the ones in nearby hotels.
I’m sorry Luana found the kitchenette was not up to scratch. It is fully equipped with a four-burner stove with an oven, full-size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, complete sets of pots, pans, dishes, cutlery and glasses for four. Counter space may be a bit limited if you are cooking for very large numbers of people, however the flat is designed to accommodate two guests, and it is about the same as one would find in most one-bedroom condos in Europe or North America.
