Apologies for the WIFI not sufficing, I haven't had a complaint from other guests, however, I will look into it.
Prior to your arrival and all guests for that matter, I personally ensure the entire Apartment is spotlessly clean. Perhaps you are referring to it not being kept clean whilst being a guest. If this be the case, there are a set of points clearly telling the guest what they should do, should they require housekeeping/other, which, further declares a nominal fee would be charged for this service. I live at the main house on the property, which, you were made aware of upon arrival. I mentioned to you that should you need any assistance my family would oblige should I not be home. My domestic worker unfortunately, will only take instruction from me or my family. (I actually bring in someone else to service the apartment).
You tried to contact me once via a telephone call, at which time I was, unfortunately, unavailable for two hours. I cannot understand why you did not simply go to the main house and ask for assistance.
