First floor has 3 double bedrooms with the master bedroom having a dressing room and luxury wet room and bath, with indoor balcony overlooking open plan living area.
All ensuites are fully tiled with underfloor heating.
There is ample parking for up to 6 cars and private gardens surounding the house. The patio area has a Gas and Charcoal BBQ and a Pizza oven and is a wonderful sun trap facing south west. There is a small outdoor pond so we would not recommend under 2 years old to be unsupervised in the garden. Under the balcony there is further lit up sitting area for when the sun sets.
There is out door flood lighting on both sides of the house.
Our house has wider doors on ground floor for wheel chair users and is easily accessible for the disabled person.
We have a fully tiled ground floor with underfloor heating and a MVHR (mechanical ventalation & heat recovery) system for the full house.
There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor one of which incorporates a home cinema with surround sound. A seperate music system sends sounds to built in ceiling and wall speakers. There is a Sonos Connect connected to the system
On the first floor there are 3 further bedrooms the master having its own dressing room and a balcony overlooking the living area. From the living area you have direct access to the large southwest facing balcony and BBQ area.

Our house is a 7 minute drive to the Metro Shopping Centre Gateshead and a 20min drive to Newcastle upon Tyne City Centre.
We will require the names and addresses of ALL guests prior to your arrival.
The person making the booking will be the Primary Guest.
The Primary Guest is responsible for ensuring that the accommodation is left in the condition it was in upon check-in. The Primary Guest shall be liable for any damages caused by his or her own acts and omissions (including without limitation failure to timely vacate the accommodation) and also for the acts and omissions of any individuals that the Primary Guest invites or otherwise allows into the accommodation.
The maximum number of guests allowed in the accommodation at any one time is 10.
Outdoor shoes must be left in Hall and not worn inside the house.
No stiletto heels to be worn inside the house.
We have a dishwasher and we expect our guests to wash their dishes glasses etc
There must be no outdoor noise after 10pm
