We offer a monthly discount! This lovely upstairs apartment is in the historic LANA neighborhood. Three blocks from Jackson General Hospital, one mile from University of Memphis Lambuth, one and a half miles from Lane College, and one mile from Jackson Walk with shopping, amphitheater, and dining! Ample parking on site.

Stedet
This is a great apartment! It has a private entrance and a private deck. Since it is up a short flight of stairs, you catch the morning light through the many windows in the living room and kitchen. The living room has a 50-inch television, an antique desk suitable for work, and a guitar just for fun. The two bedrooms have comfy beds and linens. The kitchen includes a stack washer/dryer. The bathroom and kitchen were completely updated during the renovations but we kept the big old tub in the bathroom and the upper cabinets in the kitchen.

We have four children and two grandchildren with number three on the way! We both grew up in the West TN area, went to school here, and stuck around. Our home, and our Airbnb apartments, are located in the historic LANA area of Jackson. We so enjoy the character and interesting architecture of older homes and do most of the renovations ourselves.
