Our home is a short walk from the station, town centre and sea front. You’ll love it because it's big, and comfortable, and stylish, and there's parking! It's suitable for couples, families, and groups. We particularly welcome walkers, runners, cyclists, surfers, kiters and windsurfers, as well as artists and musicians.
Our spacious and well equipped home is to be found on the East side of Penzance in a quiet Georgian terrace just a few minutes walk from the train station. The four bedroom house has sea views from the front as well as a small garden, and a patio to the rear with a secure off road parking space behind it.
The house has been completely renovated and redecorated, it is well furnished and centrally heated. The ground floor comprises of a living room with two large seating areas, a double bedroom and a open plan kitchen and dining room with bi-fold doors that give access to the patio / BBQ. Upstairs there are three spacious bedrooms, one with a king size double, another with a ‘zip and link’ double and the third with bunk beds.There is also a large family bathroom and a dressing room.
Penzance is a small harbour-side town and a far cry from the madding crowds of St Ives. Everything is just a short walk away including the recently reopened Jubilee Pool, the sub-tropical gardens, the art galleries and shops, as well as hidden gems - pubs and restaurants. The coast path is just down the hill with, what has to be one of the best views in the world - St Michaels Mount.
During the summer the minimum bookable period is 7 days with a Saturday changeover. During the rest of the year a 4 day break is the minimum stay.
Our home, being so close to the entrance of the town, is the perfect location from which to explore all the delights that West Cornwall has to offer.

You'll have use of the front garden and patio at the rear with lockable access from both the front and the back. Secure off parking is available behind the house. Please note there is a right of way across the patio to our small business which is located in the basement via its own door.

I want to make you aware that the basement of the house is a completely separate apartment which is used as an accounting business by us. Members of staff enter and leave by the back gate, cross the patio and enter via a separate door. We'll do our best to be as unobtrusive as possible and to leave you in peace. We're hoping that it won't affect your stay and does have certain advantages - we do the housekeeping for the main house so if anything goes wrong, or you need a hand with something, then you know where to find us. After hours and at the weekend you should have the place to yourself.
Ours is a quiet neighbourhood so no noise outside after 10pm, and we'd appreciate it if you took your shoes off inside the main house.
