There is supposed to be wifi throughout the entire house, even upstairs. I wonder, did you let the property manager know? They are typically very responsive and our tech guy comes out right away when he's called. I have asked Erika to bring out our tech to check on it. We've had very few issues in more than a year with the wifi, but sometimes it slows down.
Yes, there is only AC in the master bedroom and a ceiling fan in the other bedroom, as stated in the description. I will check my listing to make sure that is clear.
Yes, you have to drive around to the back of the property on another street, which is narrow, to reach the parking space (though the spot is on the property itself). We don't rent the spot too often, but moving forward, I will add this information to the description. I have asked my property manager to make sure the guest is escorted to the parking spot upon arrival and also to provide a map. Hopefully, that will help.
