I stayed with a few of my girlfriends for a short girls trip! We had the best time. Unfortunately for us we were unloading our car and putting our stuff into the boat right as it started down pouring with heavy winds. There was a zipper that was broken in the back cover, which Ro…

Where to start with Dominic. Dominic checked into the property and upon check-in, was informed if there were ANY problems, to contact me prior to the next morning as I would be on vacation after that an unreachable. He didn't. Air conditioning unit - This is simply not possible. The AC unit used a completely closed circuit of water, pumping from the lake, through a heat coil, then back into the lake. At no time is the water ever exposed to the cabin or the air. The unit pulls air in over the coil and then back into the cabin. There's no where to mold. Screens - 50% of the windows in the salon and galley have screens, the other 50% do not. This is intentional so that items can be handed from inside the boat to outside on the deck without going out and around. Trim - these stairs do not have "dangerously loose" trim. The stairs are removable for access to the engine room. Dominic removed the trim himself. Please notice he said he removed the trim so his kids didn't fall down the stairs while they stayed over night, yet he also says they have checked into the Holiday Inn. Which is it? Kitchen - This is a boat with a two burner electric stove. We have one pot and one pan. There is also a microwave under the kitchen table seats. Cleanliness - there is certainly wear and tear on a 1969 boat, but it has been remodeled multiple times and is on a rotational schedule for paint, trim, flooring each year. The outside is and was wiped down, and we have a bi-weekly service which comes and washes the exterior of the boat. There is a zipper broken upstairs, but just one single zipper (out of probably 30-40). This zipper was broken from a guest a week before Dominic. It's a 20 dollar repair, but can't be done until the off season. Again, Dominic has lied, saying he used duct tape to hold the zipper together, which was not done. Dominic later told AirBnb that he stayed on the boat for both nights after he requested a refund. AirBnb did NOT grant him his refund.
