He left earlier than expected, I really don’t know the reason, he send me a request to change the reservation, but unfortunately it was during his stay so I couldn’t resell again the dates.... when I sent him the reminder of the check out I find out that the request was sent.... I’m so sorry if anything happened.... If you read through my reviews you can see that is a shared apartment, we have never had any issues or problems with our guests, everything is clean and my apartment is just for travelers that use Airbnb, never has there been any trouble with the communication, you never answered the texts that I sent you so if theres any communication issues they came form his part. I’m really sorry about the inconvenience in your stay (despite your lack of specific complains) if you had tried to contact me at any point you would find that i do the best i can to the best of my ability to solve any inconveniences that my guests might experience (as previous reviews can show) i don’t think you understand that there are many things i cant control in the apartment like other guest’s behavior and despite this, i would have done my best to solve the problem. I would also like to point out that i have cameras install in my airbnb where there is no video footage of your exaggerated count of 7 people. Which even if it were true, IT IS A SHARED APARTMENT like the booking said with a max of 8 people when the apartment. You chose to negatively and unfairly affect my rating with nonspecific complains with no evidence or facts. Again I would have appreciated it if you at least notified me about what happened.... I rated you as 4 stars because since you did not express any discomfort, i believed you had mo problems. Instead you give me ONE star!!!! Maybe all the guests before are all wrong about the place..... (given their good reviews).
