Most of the time, we appreciate and value these criticisms and opinions of our guests as they help us better our service. This time, however, please allow me to respond to your message on a point to point basis.
First, our property is located in a tropical country and some small insects such as mosquitoes and cockroaches are present in the area. We do our utmost best to prevent this and help our guest in every possible way should we get a report during their stay.
Second, we haven’t had any issues with the WIFI and we would have loved to help you call the provider for any issues if we have been informed of the situation.
Third, it is our priority to ensure that the property is ready before the arrival of our guests - thus, we have a quality control team who check the property and take videos and photos every after clean. We have checked our completion report before your stay and we see that the sheets are clean and are well made up. Should we receive any reports that the cleaning is unsatisfactory, we always see to it to send a cleaner to rectify the issue - which we could have done if we were also told about it.
Lastly, it is indicated in our House manual that the AC unit is under maintenance even before your booking date. We are still in progress of fixing this. We do however have portable heaters and fans that we can supply to our guest should they need more and asked for it.
It is sad to know that we could have turned around your experience for the better if we were advised of these inconveniences during your stay. Hence, we are very sorry that we were not able to help you.
