Guests will be personally be given a set of unit keys by our staff upon arrival.
The keys are to be kept by the guest. Any key damaged or lost will be subject to a fine of P1000

•With EXTRA CHARGE of P100 per hour
•Maximum of 4 persons
•Extra pax with additional charge of P250 but it would be a bit tight.
•Guests are not allowed to invite visitors due to security reasons.
•Late check ins until 8pm. Later than 8pm pls advise to make arrangements.
•please inform us of your expected arrival time/early check out for us to allot travel time going to the condo.
•Please wash all kitchen and dining wares used before check out.
•Alteration requests must be sent 1 month before check in date.
•For same day booking please advise at least 30mins in advance so i can inform our staff regarding your booking.
•To avoid fine by the admin office:
- No loud noise that will disturb other guests.
- No smoking inside the unit and inside the toilet.
- Do not hang anything on the balcony grill.
- Guests are not allowed to invite visitors due to security reasons.
- Always close the door.
- Do not leave garbage along the hallway.
-Avoid walking from the pool to the unit with wet swimwears.
There is a changing room allotted near the pool.
Later than 8pm pls advise so we can make arrangements.

•Not suitable for pets
•Any damage or loss to the unit shall be for the account of the guests.
•Please do not pour cooking oil or drain small pieces of foods into the sink to avoid clogging.
•Turn off appliances when not in use or when going out to save electricity and for safety reasons
•To avoid check in/out delays please inform us ahead of time for instructions on the time/procedure of moving in/out for us to prepare and allot travel time going there.
•Keep the unit clean and orderly. Treat it as you would treat your own home.
•Dispose your garbage properly.
•Alteration requests should be sent 1 month before check in date.
•Let's take care of each other's belongings please don't forget to lock the door when going out. We are not responsible for any loss.
•TO AVOID FINE BY THE ADMIN OFFICE:
~DO NOT LEAVE GARBAGE ALONG THE HALLWAY.
~DO NOT HANG ANYTHING ON THE BALCONY GRILL
~NO LOUD NOISE THAT WILL DISTURB OTHER GUESTS

Alteration requests can be done 1 month before booking date otherwise we cannot accept the request.
~AVOID WALKING FROM THE POOL AREA TO THE UNIT WITH WET SWIMWEARS. There is an allotted changing room near the pool.
